Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on orders over $98.
For orders under $98, you can choose from three shipping plans:
- Flat shipping: $7.99 (7–15 business days)
- Express shipping: $8.99 (2–7 business days)
- Priority Shipping: $12.99 (1–2 business days)
All shipping charges are displayed at checkout. No hidden fees.
Order Processing Time
Please allow 2–7 business days for us to process your order. Orders are shipped out Monday–Friday. Any orders placed on weekends will ship the next business day.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become available.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected:
- Flat shipping: 7–15 business days
- Express shipping: 2–7 business days
- VIP shipping: 1–2 business days
Please note: These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number. You will receive it via email once your order ships. You may also track your order by logging into your Kestrs account.
If your tracking information has not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us at [email protected]. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us.
We do not currently ship to APO/FPO/PO boxes or international addresses at this time.
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Kestrs is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error. If a package is returned due to an address issue, re-shipment costs will apply.
If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it before the order is processed, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a carrier marks a package as “delivered,” Kestrs is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend using a secure delivery location.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, please:
- Check with neighbors or family members who may have accepted the package.
- Contact the carrier directly to investigate.
- If the issue persists, reach out to us at [email protected] and we will assist you.
Damaged Packages
While we take great care in packing your order, damage can occasionally happen during transit. If your order arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email the photos along with your order number to [email protected].
- Keep the original packaging until we advise you otherwise.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide you with a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Out of Stock Items
Our inventory moves quickly! If an item sells out before your order is fulfilled, your order will be cancelled or you will be refunded for the item(s).
Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory requirements. If we cannot ship an item to your location, you will be notified at checkout.
