Return Conditions
The following conditions apply to all returns, subject to applicable law:
- Return window: Returns must be initiated and postmarked within 30 days from receipt of merchandise.
- Condition: Merchandise must be in new and unworn condition with original tags and labels attached and in original packaging (where applicable). Items must be unaltered, undamaged, and unwashed. They must also be free from any markings, pet hair, deodorant, and laundry detergent.
- Final sale: Returns or exchanges are not accepted for sale items.
- Original packing list: Please include the original packing list with your return to avoid any delays in processing.
Exchanges
- Exchanges for a different size or color of the same style can be made depending on product availability.
- If your requested exchange item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
Inspection and Return of Unsuitable Items
Upon receiving return items, we conduct an inspection. Unless the product is faulty, if your returned items show signs of wear, damage, alteration, missing tags, or fall outside the specified time frame, we will inform you of this assessment, and the goods will be returned to you.
Responsibility for Return Shipment
- Kestrs is not responsible for non-Kestrs items mistakenly returned, as we may not be able to recover these items.
- We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged by your chosen courier during the return process.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to correct, update, or change our returns/exchange policy at any time without notification.
